Protecting your personal data is important to us. This website processes personal data only to the extent technically necessary, as well as in the context of orders and contact inquiries – always in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

a) Technical Access

When visiting this website, data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and time of access are automatically recorded in server log files by the hosting provider. These are used solely to ensure technical operation. No merging with other data sources takes place.

b) Contact

If you contact us via e-mail or contact form, the information you voluntarily provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, message) will be stored to process your inquiry. This data will not be shared with third parties.

b1) Spam Protection with Google reCAPTCHA

To protect our contact form from spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3. This service analyses technical data (e.g. IP address, mouse movements, browser information) and transmits it to Google LLC in the USA. Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting against automated misuse). For more information, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.

c) Order Processing at the Atelier

When placing an order, personal data such as name, address, e-mail, and payment information are processed. Payment is handled via the payment service provider Stripe (see section 4). This data is required for contract fulfilment and invoicing.

3. Cookies

This website only uses technically necessary cookies to ensure basic functions (e.g. shopping cart, navigation). No tracking or data sharing with third parties takes place.

4. Payment via Stripe

For payments in the Atelier Shop, we use the service "Stripe". Personal data is transferred to Stripe solely for payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

5. Shipping

To deliver the ordered artworks, name and shipping address are forwarded to the commissioned delivery service. Data is shared exclusively for this purpose.

5a. Production

For the individual production of ordered FineART works, name and shipping address are passed on to the commissioned print lab. The data is used exclusively for the production and delivery of the respective work.

The transmission is limited to what is necessary and carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the performance of the purchase contract.

6. External Links

This website contains links to external profiles (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn). When visiting these links, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply. No plugins are used that transmit data when the page is loaded.

7. Data Subject Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection to the processing of your personal data.
